DigitalMentors Announces Availability of International Software and Intellectual Property Escrow Service for Global iTV and IPTV Industry Sectors

LIMERICK, IRELAND September 10, 2005 - DigitalMentors announced today the launch of a new outsourced escrow service for the global interactive TV software industry. The escrow service is designed to assist iTV software providers, cable companies, and IPTV providers in protecting valuable software assets.

The company offers two types of services to its clients. The first type of escrow agreement is for telecom service providers who want to protect business-critical applications such as Electronic Program Guides (EPGs), VOD applications, set-top software middleware, and IPTV applications.
